Shipping Policy:
UK orders will be delivered within 3 working days while international post may take up to 8 working days for delivery. The shipping price will be determined upon checkout. All items are shipped using biodegradable recyclable packaging to reduce our environmental impact.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of purchase for both UK and international orders. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day period has passed.

Which size is best for me?
The bamboo cat toy is designed as a universal size suitable for all cats and kittens. Larger cats would suit the 2 tier toy as they are generally stronger.
For kittens you may prefer the smaller one. From our experience both are stable & durably constructed, and work well for both playful kittens and adult cats.
How to clean?
Wipe the bamboo toy with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt or debris. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Avoid soaking or submerging in water, as this can damage the bamboo.
My cat is not using?
Some cats need time to warm up to new toys. Try placing treats near the toy or gently rolling the ball to demonstrate how it works. You can also sprinkle catnip on or around the toy to encourage interest and play.
