Returns Policy:
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of purchase for both UK and international orders. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day period has passed.

User Guide
Before first use, remove packaging, wipe with a damp cloth, and air-dry. Centre on heat-sensitive surfaces (wood, laminate, granite, marble, glass) and place hot cookware on top.
Hand-wash with warm water, mild soap, and soft sponge, avoid steel wool or soaking. Then pat dry and air-dry upright. For stains, use baking soda paste, rinse, and dry.
Optionally oil with food-grade mineral oil every 3–6 months (apply, wait 15 min, wipe excess). Store flat or hung in a dry, shaded cupboard. Avoid open flames, inspect for damage (discontinue if cracked), and never use as a cutting board, in oven, microwave, or dishwasher.
Compost or recycle as biomass at end-of-life (remove non-bamboo parts).

Our bamboo trivets safely handle pots up to 400°F for short use, but for best results, use with items under 275°F. Always let extremely hot cookware cool briefly to extend the trivet's life.

Our bamboo trivet comfortably supports up to 15 pounds, perfect for most pots, pans, and casserole dishes. For heavier cookware, place the pot gently and ensure even weight distribution to maintain the trivet’s durability
How to maintain the bamboo?
Apply food-safe mineral oil every few months to maintain its shine and prevent drying. Avoid extreme heat or cutting on the trivet, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
