Returns Policy:
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of purchase for both UK and international orders. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day period has passed.

User Guide
Before use, remove packaging, wipe with damp cloth, air-dry. Place on vanity away from water pools; set soap on slats for drainage and air flow to prevent mushiness. Hand-wash with mild soap, soft cloth—no abrasives, bleach, or dishwasher—pat dry, air-dry upright.
For stains, use baking soda paste, rinse, dry. Oil optionally with food-grade mineral oil every 3–6 months (apply, wait 15 min, wipe excess). Store dry, away from sun/heat. Inspect for cracks; stop use if damaged.
End-of-life: compost or recycle as biomass (remove non-bamboo parts).

Bamboo is highly sustainable, growing in 3-5 months without pesticides or much water. It sequesters carbon, prevents soil erosion, and is biodegradable, making the material a green alternative to plastic.

How to prolong lifespan
Store the dryer balls in their pouch in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid over-drying loads, and use the recommended number of balls (3–4 for small loads, 5–6 for large). With proper care, they'll last up to 1,000 loads or approximately 3 years.
How to clean?
If the wool dryer balls need freshening, simply run them through a wash cycle in warm water with your laundry, then tumble dry. This will restore their fluffiness and effectiveness.
How to maintain the bamboo?
Hand-wash the bamboo storage pouch with mild soap and warm water, or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry completely before storing your dryer balls to keep everything fresh and clean.
