UK orders will be delivered within 3 working days while international post may take up to 8 working days for delivery. The shipping price will be determined upon checkout. All items are shipped using biodegradable recyclable packaging to reduce our environmental impact.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of purchase for both UK and international orders. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day period has passed.

Remove from compact carry case, insert into your drink (smoothie, coffee, or water), and sip smoothly. After use, rinse with warm water, scrub with cleaner, and air-dry.
Clean after each use with coconut husk cleaner and warm soapy water; avoid dishwashers or boiling to prevent damage. Dry thoroughly or air-dry upright in carry case to avoid mold; store in cool, dry place. Inspect regularly; replace if cracked. Oil with food-grade mineral oil every few months for lustre.
After 1-2 years, compost biodegradable straws at home or commercially,they break down in months without microplastics. Chop into pieces for faster decomposition. Compost cleaner too; repurpose, recycle, or dispose of carry case responsibly.
